Designed in the 50's, by Pat Premo, this sweet vintage party dress is done in a blue floral printed cotton over a self lining in the bodice and a blue net lining in the skirt. The bodice features a wide scooped neckline, low scooped back and capped sleeves. A self belt adorns the natural waist, while the gathered skirt falls from the fitted, dramatically dropped double Basque style waist. A concealed metal zipper encloses the dress in the back. This dress shows normal wear, as expected. However, there are no noted flaws.
Designed in the 70's by Junior Touch, this sweet halter dress would be perfect for any summer affair. Done in a cotton-blend in alternating floral patterns of white on blue and blue on white, this dress has as much versatility as it does interest. The waist is banded offering shape and the skirt (may have been previously shortened) falls to the knee. We have paired it with a bright red belt (not included) to show an alternate way to wear this dress. The halter strap encloses with a single pearlized button and loop. The dress fastens in the back with a concealed nylon zipper. This dress shows normal wear, as expected. However, there are no noted flaws
Designed in the 50's, this sweet vintage wedding dress is done in silk organza over a satin acetate lining. The sleeveless bodice offers a petal folded sweetheart neckline, straight back and thin spaghetti straps. The full tea-length skirt falls from the natural waist where a robin's egg blue grosgrain ribbon sash is seen. We are including the ribbon sash with the dress. Three rows of Robin's egg blue embroidered flowers are seen at the bottom of the dress. We have paired this dress with a petticoat (not included) to show fullness. A concealed metal zipper encloses this dress in the side. There are a few pinholes in the organza, which are not noticeable when worn. There are a few loose threads in the embroidery and the straps need a bit of reinforcement. The petal folded bust line has been pinned down with a straight pin, but should be tacked when worn. There is an additional 2.5" hemline, which can be let down for added length if so desired. A professional dry cleaning is recommended.
Designed in the 50's, this cloudlike vintage wedding dress is done in lace and cotton rope embroidered tulle over a satin acetate lining with an additional layer of tulle in the skirt. The bodice offers a high v-cut neckline done in sheer pleated tulle, with capped sleeves, which finish with gorgeous embroidered lace trim. The tulle is pleated in the front of the bodice in a v-shaped design, which is also repeated in the upper back. The satin acetate lining can be seen under the sheer tulle and offers an additional sweetheart neckline. The sides and back of the satin lining are covered with sheer, flat tulle. The full and gathered three layer skirt falls from the basque style waist and offers a cotton rope embroidered floral design which wrap around the skirt near the bottom. The skirt finishes at tea length and 30 self covered buttons enclose this dress in the back. A professional dry cleaning should remedy a bit of smudging throughout.
