For your continued safety and security, we will only ship your order if the payment method of choice has a verified/confirmed billing address.

New Jersey residents will be charged a 7% sales/use tax.

SHIPPING

Domestic and International orders are typically process within 3-5 business days. If you need us to expedite your order, please let us know.

For buyers outside of the United States, we ship to Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, and Japan.

We proudly offer a variety of Domestic & International shipping options via USPS. Although we do insure and track all of our shipments, Mill Crest Vintage is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to postal service issues or lost packages.

International buyers, please note that packages are tracked until the package's departure from the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked. Transit times will vary depending upon individual customs, which is out of our control. However, most shipments can be expected within 14 days (depending on time held in customs). 

International buyers are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

At Mill Crest Vintage, we pride ourselves on the quality of the vintage garments we curate, so you will know that each and every garment we carry in our collection, is truly authentic wearable vintage.

Vintage garments should always be worn with care and consideration of their age.  Please note that some garments may show signs of general wear, as they may have been previously worn and/or may have been tried on by another customer in our bridal boutique.  All garments in our collection are professionally cleaned upon arrival in our boutique.  However, because garments are subject to being tried on in our boutique and cleaning them on a regular basis would damage the fabric, we do not send them out for cleaning each time they are tried on.  Therefore, we strongly recommend that the garment be professionally cleaned to remedy any smudges prior to wearing.

Vintage garments were often tailored to fit an individual woman and evidence of seams and darts being taken in or out is not uncommon. For this reason, it is often possible to have a vintage garment altered to achieve a customized fit.  Our professional seamstress will be happy to answer any questions about available seam allowances, darts, and hem allowances, along with recommendations on alterations before you purchase.

We want you to know what to expect when deciding to purchase from our collection. Please read descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Though all sales are considered FINAL, returns/exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis and honored only if there was a gross misrepresentation in the description of the garment. If something isn’t right with your order, please CONTACT US for assistance and we will do our best to fix it for you.  Garments marked AS IS, are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Specific flaws, if any, are noted in the description of each garment. Please read descriptions carefully and feel free to ask questions regarding flaws. We are not responsible for the remedy of any specific flaws noted (including, but not limited to stains, inclusions and discoloration). We will not honor returns/exchanges due to an inability to remedy any flaws noted in the description of the garment.

Please note that we inspect all garments before they are packaged and shipped.  If it it determined that an order is eligible for a return/exchange, we reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund or store credit based on the condition of garment upon return, should it differ from the condition in which it was originally sent.

Because great care is taken to provide accurate measurements on each item, returns due to poor fit are not eligible.

To ensure your garment is well suited for your figure, please refer to our measurement guide & double-check as you compare the sizes in the descriptions of the garment to your own sizes.  It is best to leave a bit of room for comfort and ease of movement, so please allow for some wiggle room when taking your own measurements. Measurements should be taken with a dressmaker’s tape measure. Please measure yourself over the undergarments you plan to wear.

If you are unsure and have a question about the size of a garment or how to measure yourself, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Because brides are able to, view, inspect, try on and purchase a vintage garment from our bridal salon, all sales in our Lambertville, NJ bridal boutique are considered final.
