This stunning 1950's white pique wedding gown was designed by the famous Fred Perlberg. Done in white cotton pique, the bodice features a sweetheart neckline, edged with a scallop trim, thin spaghetti straps that can be removed if so desired and a shawl style collar. The shawl collar, which is approximately 4" at it's widest point, continues around the back of the gown. The skirt is a sweeping ball gown style that falls from the semi-Basque waistline. This gown encloses on the left with a concealed nylon zipper, which replaced the original metal zipper. The gown has one very tiny black spot on the back in the folds of the skirt, which is so tiny that it does not interfere with the integrity of this gown. This gown is such a fabulous style and so figure flattering and would be great to dance the night away! We strongly recommend a professional dry cleaning to remedy any smudging.
