Designed in the 60's, this magnificent vintage wedding gown is done in a champagne toned silk satin over a silk chiffon lining. The sleeveless bodice is boned and offers a gentle sweetheart neckline and straight back. Two sequin, bugle bead and rhinestone encrusted banded shoulder straps begin at the front hip of the skirt, and cross just below the bust line. The bands continue over the bust to the shoulder and finish at the straight back. The long skirt falls from the natural waist and finishes at the floor. A concealed metal zipper encloses this gown in the back. There are a few brown spots in the lining, which cannot be seen when worn and may be remedied by a professional dry cleaning. A few of the beads and sequins may be loose or missing, but can be replaced if so desired. The bands need to be reinfored where they cross just under the bust line. A few scratches in the silk satin are a normal part of wear and are expected due to age.
