1960 Priscilla of Boston Lace Vintage Wedding Gown
Designed in the 60's, by Priscilla of Boston, this gorgeous vintage wedding gown is done in a butter cream toned silk satin in the bodice with a soft white embroidered floral lace over a silk satin under layer and is lined in an acetate lining. The sleeveless bodice, done in a butter cream toned silk satin, which wraps from the back to the front, offers a modesty panel of floral lace over silk satin at the front of the bodice. The semi empire waist offers a center self bow with pearl embellishments. The long, A-line skirt falls from the semi-empire waist, offering an embroidered floral lace overlay with a single vertical diamond pattern that begins at the empire waist and works it's way down the floor, where the skirt finishes with a horsehair hem. This gown encloses in the back with a concealed nylon zipper. We recommend a professional dry cleaning. There are a few watermarks in the silk satin under layer and some discoloration in the underarm, which is easily remedied and there is a bit of smudging on the lace.
