Designed in the 60's, this wonderful vintage wedding dress is done in a butterscotch toned soutache ribbon on lace over a chiffon lining in the top of the bodice and an acetate lining from the bust to the nearly the end of the skirt. The bodice features a scalloped v-cut neckline and long sleeves. The acetate lining, attached with spaghetti straps, can be seen through the soutache adorned lace from the bust line down to a few inches above the hemline. The knee length skirt of this A-line dress falls from the high natural waist, which is adorned with a semi-attached silk satin ribbon sash with self bow in the front. A concealed nylon zipper encloses this dress in the back. The bow in the front of the ribbon sash needs a bit of reinforcement.
